As someone who has been part of many Telegram groups, I’ve noticed a couple of major issues that affect customer support. First, personal details of customers are often shared openly in public support groups, which risks customer privacy and security. But just as important is the fact that customer requests and messages can easily get lost or overlooked amidst the flood of irrelevant messages. This often means admins miss important inquiries, leading to delayed or forgotten responses.
These problems inspired me to create CareBot. I believe there should be a better way to handle customer support on Telegram, one that keeps personal details confidential and ensures no request ever gets missed.
CareBot is a Telegram support bot designed to help companies manage user inquiries efficiently. It allows admins to collect user inquiries and streamline support processes while maintaining security over personal details. The bot is configurable, supports multiple support groups per instance, and ensures that only authorized users can manage requests.

SETUP PROCESS
- Add the bot to the telegram group
- Search for Aidsyncbot and add Carebot to your Telegram support group.
- Grant admin privileges so it can manage messages and assist users.
- Ensure group privacy settings allow bots to read and respond to messages.
2. Run the Setup Command
In the group, type: /setup
- The bot will respond with: ‘I will send you a DM to complete the setup.’
- Check your private chat with CareBot to proceed.
3. Complete Setup in DM
CareBot will ask you to provide the following details:
- Company Name: Used for branding in bot messages.
- Support Email: Users will see this email in bot notifications.
- Email Verification: CareBot will verify your email via a confirmation link.
Once completed, CareBot will send a confirmation message: CareBot is now active for [Company Name] in this group. Support Email: [Email].
HOW TO USE THE CAREBOT
- Select the message you need more details on.
- Type
/help
in the group. - CareBot will automatically send a direct message to the client to gather more information and notify you in the group.
- The client’s request will be sent directly to the admin for further action.

ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS
- Only admins can run
/setup
and manage CareBot settings. - Multiple admins can be added after initial setup.
- The bot prevents unauthorized modifications to ensure security.
TROUBLESHOOTING (JUST IN CASE!)
- Bot Not Responding? Double-check if CareBot has admin privileges and if your group’s privacy settings let it read and reply. Try removing and re-adding it if needed.
- Email Verification Issues? Check your spam folder, make sure the email is correct, or run
/reset
to start fresh.
